Project Manager - Solar

As a Project Manager in the Residential Operations Business Vertical, your role will involve coordinating with Operations Vendor Partners on a daily basis. You will be responsible for managing the operation process using specific software or Excel sheets. Interdepartmental coordination with the Design & Customer Delight team will be crucial for the successful execution of projects. Additionally, you will prepare Solar Bill of Materials (BOM) and assist the Cluster Operations Manager in achieving project completion within the given TATs. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating with Operations Vendor Partners daily - Managing operation processes using software or Excel sheets - Interdepartmental coordination with Design & Customer Delight team - Preparing Solar Bill of Materials (BOM) - Assisting Cluster Operations Manager in project completion within designated TATs - Conducting site surveys for revisits or complex site conditions - Setting up processes for Smooth Net Metering & Subsidy filing - Establishing relationships with local discoms and Nodal Agency for rooftop solar - Handling tendering & bid submission activities - Timely completion of permit-related activities and updates to COM - Maintaining a high level of customer experience - Acting as the point of contact for clients regarding project updates, queries, concerns, and problem-solving Qualifications Required: - Minimum B.Tech/BE graduate - 2-4 years of experience in project management - Proficiency in Tamil language In addition to these responsibilities, you will be entitled to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
