Taking Responsibility for overall Planning coordination and execution of Construction and Interior Fit out Projects From Inception to Completion.The Role Involves Managing Budgets ,Timelines, Quality , Safety and Client Satisfaction while leading Multidisciplinary teams and Coordinating With Consultants , Vendors and Subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities.
-Project Scheduling , Milestones, design reviews, Reviewing Technical Drawings, Monitor Work Programs and Progress Reports.
- Supervisions Of execution and day to day activities. Coordinate with Consultants , contractors and suppliers. Visit sites Regularly and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
-Procurement & Vendor Coordination.
- Health , Safety & Compliance.
- Client & Stake Holder Management.
- Handover & Post-Completion.
