Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor / Interior Project Manager based in Noida, responsible for overseeing residential interior projects from planning to final execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong site management skills and expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and manage residential interior project sites in Noida. Handle project planning, budgeting, timelines, and daily execution activities. Coordinate with the design team, procurement team, estimation team, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow. Conduct site measurements, verify drawings, and ensure execution matches design specifications. Ensure high-quality project delivery within defined timelines. Manage client communication and handle on-site escalations professionally. Maintain all project-related documentation and reports. Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Requirements Must be based in Noida or willing to relocate. Strong experience in Site Supervision for residential interiors. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Working knowledge of SketchUp (mandatory). Technical Skills Proven experience in residential site execution & modular kitchen installation. Ability to read/interpreting 2D drawings and take measurements at the site. Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials). Expertise in checking quotations and understanding technical details. Understanding of 2D & 3D drawings. Professional Skills Strong communication & presentation skills. Solid project management ability. Capable of handling 34 projects simultaneously.
