Job Description Job Title: PMO Scrum MasterLocation: PuneExperience: 8+ yrs.Employment Type: Contract to hireWork Mode: WFONotice Period: Immediate joiners Mandatory Skills:ScrumPMOAgile Coach Roles and Responsibilities:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.8-12 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.In-depth understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with extensive experience practicing Scrum.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification preferred.Proven track record of successfully leading multiple Agile teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving their goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Experience working with distributed teams and managing remote collaboration tools.Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Trello.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address team dynamics and facilitate constructive discussions.A continuous learner mindset, staying updated on Agile best practices, emerging trends, and industry developments.
