Role: We are on the lookout for an experience Project Manager with experience in delivering complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Experience in scaled agile with preferred certified SAFe Scrum Master Using SAFe and agile Metrics to drive the flow efficiency of the teams and enabling faster quality outcomes Ensure adherence to Guardrails Ensuring that the delivery of outputs or services meets programme requirements to the appropriate quality, on time and within budget Experience in Delivering complex projects, especially on Release Governance for Agile Deliveries Coaching teams on agile ways of working and motivating to be agile but follow standards. Required Skill Set: Should have handled large projects around 50 + resources Customer management & Vendor management Good communication skills to work with Senior management. Meeting delivery timelines and Cost management. PMP certified would be preferred one. Overall IT experience around 15 to 18 years of experience.
