Job Description

RRD GO Creative is looking for a Project Manager with excellent communication skills with experience in client and team Management. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is expected. Key responsibilities Central SPOC for both the Creative Strategy Unit [CSU] + Digital Teams - [Paid Media + CRM + Social Media + Website] Production management of regional marketing adapts for creative strategy unit by liaising with the customers business units and the production team in Chennai Campaigns MR Management: MRs primarily include Paid Media + Print Ad + OOH + Website + CRM. Responsible for quality assurance of every artwork produced by the production team Manage the ad hoc creative adapt requests from other functional teams of the customer Develop a detailed project plan to track progress until timely completion Knowledge of appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, and schedule Manage the relationship with the client and all other stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility Skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Problem-solving and decision making Leadership and team management Project planning, capacity and schedule management of multiple campaigns Project management qualification (PMP)/Certified associate in project management (CAPM) will be a value addition, or equivalent experience as a project manager can be considered Proficiency in project management software and tools will be an add-on Technical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign Emotional intelligence to manage multiple stakeholders This is for our client office which is based out of Gurgaon.
