Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of real estate / hospitality projects from inception to completion.
  
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  
• Manage site activities and resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, safety standards, and company policies.
  
• Track project costs, control variations, and report financial performance regularly.
  
• Conduct regular site meetings and submit progress reports to management.
  
• Handle risk assessment, problem-solving, and crisis management on site.
  
• Support pre-opening and handover activities for completed projects.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  real estate construction, execution & project lifecycle

• Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills
  
• Sound understanding of

  billing, contracts, BOQs, and cost control

• Proficiency in

  MS Project, Primavera, Excel & AutoCAD basics

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in

  Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management

• PMP / PPM Certification will be an added advantage
  

Experience Requirement

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience

  in Real Estate / Commercial / Hospitality Projects
• Proven track record of

  successful project delivery
