About the Role

.NET Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple .NET software development projects from initiation to deployment.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate between clients, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
Oversee the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) using Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Conduct project planning sessions, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices in .NET development.
Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
Support and mentor team members to enhance their technical and professional growth.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project milestones, timelines, and outcomes.

Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of
Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, and SQL Server
.
Experience with
front-end technologies
(e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus.
Proficiency in
Azure DevOps / Jira / TFS
for project and release management.
Understanding of
microservices architecture, RESTful APIs
, and cloud deployment (Azure preferred).
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
, version control (Git), and software quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
