Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables. Define project goals, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders. Apply a structured methodology and process to lead Project management activities Manage all aspects of the implementation project lifecycle from initiation to hyper-care support and closure, ensuring on-time delivery Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth implementation Act as the primary point of contact for the project, managing communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to key stakeholders. Manage project issues and track them to resolution, escalating where necessary. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Track and manage project budget, ensuring on time and on-budget project delivery Develop go-live / cutover plans and manage post-implementation Hypercare support to ensure the successful adoption. Required Professional Experience 10-12 years of overall experience for Senior Consultant / Project Lead role 12-15 years of overall experience for Project Manager Role with focus in handling HCM/HRIS Implementation projects (preferably Workday). Indept knowledge of IT project cycle (SDLC) stage gates. Skills Required Good understanding of Workday modules (e. g. , Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, LMS, Payroll, etc. ). Knowledge of other HCM applications like SAP success factors and Oracle HCM cloud will be an added advantage Excellent project management skills (both Waterfall and Agile methodologies), including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management Previous experience of working for a large organization, with Project management experience of managing at least 2-3 end to end package implementation projects Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile or any other equivalent certifications will be an added advantage Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and skilled to handle multiple stakeholders across geographical regions is preferred Proficiency in project management tools MS Projects, Smartsheet, ADO Client Management experience and skills Excellent written and spoken English language proficiency Proficiency in project management tools MS Projects, Smartsheet, ADO Project & Delivery Management, Workday, End To End Implementation
