POSITION - Project Manager Location - Bidadi, Bangalore. 10 to 12 years Academic background: Graduate /Post pgraduate in Mechnaical/Chemical/Electrical engineering discipline, PMP certification added advantage Experience: Porject management, Application engineering , Plant Engineering. Battery industry experience is an added advantage. This position will be responsible for Railways on board batteries' project initiation and development. Define the KPIs for the project, measure the performance and ensure project KPIs are met. Interaction with key and non key accounts during project phase, understand needs during project phase and ensure satisfaction. Interaction with internal stake holders. Involvement in localization process and vendor development validation process. Involvement in Bid support & cost estimation inputs to sales team. Technical expertise in Rail applications. Initiate and deliver Project initiation and development: - Project initiation, Kick off, Define, Measure and control project KPIs, - Interaction with key and non key accounts, understand their needs and take actions, - FAI management - Interaction with internal stake holders, Team Management- A team consists of Design, Quality and Purchasing, working in the early phase of the project. - Developing the competencies of all team members - Define the necessary resources Project Cost Management - Set up the project cost budget, monitor and control the spending versus the budget.
