Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and schedules.Drive project execution ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and budget. Manage project financials, and operational reporting.Partner with internal technology and recruitment teams to fulfil skill needs, niche roles, and ramp-up plans. Drive onboarding, allocation, and utilization of project teams.Engage with BFSI client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.Required Skills & Experience12 -15 years of experience in IT Services with good BFSI project delivery background.Experience managing staffing fulfilment requirements for customer teams/ GCC.Strong understanding of BFSI processes (eg, lending, digital banking, insurance).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
