Role & responsibilities : Oversee construction works to meet project timelines. Prepare construction schedules and ensure adherence to specified dimensions and levels in drawings. Ensure construction quality aligns with approved drawings and specifications. Prepare Quality Inspection Reports for approval by client representatives and the General Manager. Conduct QA/QC and EHS audits, ensuring compliance and monitoring. Maintain proper housekeeping at the workplace. Ensure all personnel at the site use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ensure timely availability of materials through proper indenting and tracking. Reconcile materials and billing. Facilitate coordination between architects and consultants. Maintain drawing registers and ensure seamless design coordination. Ensure thorough documentation with stakeholders, including SAP processes, BTCM reports, etc. Monitor and track budgets for relevant projects. Verify and certify bills. Submit required reports and documentation as per organizational protocols. Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager. Other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
