Job Description

As the Project Manager, Pharmacovigilance (PV) Solutions, your role involves overseeing day-to-day project management of non-linguistic PV projects and maintaining regular contact with clients. You are responsible for meeting client timelines, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the success of all non-linguistic PV projects. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and execute internal workflows for PV projects, including Safety Case Review Management and documentation based on client requests using TPT proprietary technology. - Monitor project progress, strictly adhere to deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. - Collaborate with Project Coordinators on administrative tasks for assigned projects. - Enhance client relationships through service excellence and technology-led development. - Implement Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) on all projects, emphasizing Good Documentation Practice. - Partner with Program Managers, Compliance, and Sales to improve client relationships, internal processes, and business expansion. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor. Qualifications Required: - Superior written and spoken communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Familiarity with TransPerfect software and hardware related to service lines. - Ability to adapt and excel in various technology platforms. - Experience in client CAPA management to address project quality, service, and timeliness issues. - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills. - Excellent organizational abilities. Experience and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - 2-3 years of Project Management experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmacovigilance industry. Desired Skills and Experience: - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Confident in interacting with internal stakeholders and driving internal process improvements. - Capable of working effectively with diverse backgrounds and cultures. - Skilled in building relationships with clients and colleagues. - Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team.,
