Role & responsibilities Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Argus Consulting Services team. The Project Manager will play a critical role in leading and managing Argus implementation projects for our clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep knowledge of the Argus Safety database system, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for Argus implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget. Client Communication and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and delivery of high-quality project outcomes. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional project teams, including Argus consultants, technical experts, and other stakeholders, to achieve project objectives and deliverables. Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines, budgets, or deliverables. Proactively address challenges and obstacles, seeking input from stakeholders and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in pharmacovigilance and drug safety throughout Argus implementation projects. Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits to assess project deliverables, processes, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, computer science, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Strong knowledge of the Argus Safety database system and its implementation in pharmacovigilance. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are preferred. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to pharmacovigilance and drug safety (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH) is a plus. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
