4+ years experience Bachelors degree in a related field Description We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing & closing projects according to set deadlines, within budget and scope. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project resources and ensuring project deliverables are met. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating project status to stakeholders, identifying & managing project risks as well as implementing project management best practices. Role & Responsibilities: Gather requirements, coordinate associated meetings & manage customer expectations. Ability to proactively plan & execute project objectives consistently by defining the scope and meet client deliverables on time and within budget. Establish effective project communication plans for the diverse clients and ensure their execution. Able to effectively communicate & present information in written and verbal form to internal and external customers. Define tasks & required resources weekly, manage scheduling designers for day to day utilization. Ability to hold colleagues accountable for the results of their performance as well as their ability to follow established standard operating procedures. Work closely with our Design & UX leaders to regularly improve team communication and process. Thrive on getting great work done & building positive relationships across the team. Manage feedback, input & approval flows for design reviews. Schedule development, monitor, update & report weekly progress. Impeccable & consistent attention to detail. Must have Skills Experience in working closely with creatives (i.e. UX designers, UI designers, Design Directors). Proficient with Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Maintain file structures for the various deliverables. Ability to work with people from different backgrounds/skillset. Theoretical & practical project management knowledge.
