Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on assisting project management activities and supporting various project phases to ensure timely completion and compliance with standards. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in Resource Allocation to efficiently plan and tracking project progress. Capacity for effective stakeholder communication to ensure clarity and mutual understanding throughout project phases. Understanding of risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges impacting project timelines and outcomes. Project management expertise to maintain focus on deliverables and improve team performance. Ability to work collaboratively and supportively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently. Roles And Responsibilities Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure every project is delivered on time. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, ensuring that tasks are completed as scheduled. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Collaborate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Perform risk management tasks to minimize project risks and escalate issues when necessary. Coordinate and manage project meetings, documenting minutes and following up on action items. Education qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Location - Kochi Prefer candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days.
