Dynamics Technical Project Manager Job Overview The Dynamics Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics solutions within an organization. This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of Dynamics solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Design: Define project scope, establish timelines, determine resource needs, and set milestones for Dynamics projects. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of Dynamics professionals, including developers, consultants, and analysts. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Implementation Oversight: Ensure the Dynamics solutions are implemented effectively and optimized for the clients business processes. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics systems after project completion. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Dynamics domain, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics systems and their implementation. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics modules, MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Desired Skills Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and address issues effectively. Business Acumen: Understanding of industry-specific business processes and requirements. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate the project team.
