Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Provide full project management support, including eDiscovery tools training, account setup, platform infrastructure, keyword searches, handling ad-hoc requests, and generating reports and statistics (training and support provided)

• Collaborate with the data team to monitor data intake, anticipate potential issues, and proactively address and mitigate them

• Facilitate document productions, ensure deadlines are met, track progress, and provide regular internal updates.

• Provide project management support across the APAC/UK/US regions, including tracking P&L, ensuring quality, managing risks, building client relationships, and handling reporting and communication.


Role Requirement

• Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and delivering meaningful contributions.

• Availability to work across multiple shifts, including APAC (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM), UK (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM), and US (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

• Ability to collaborate across various projects, teams, offices, and countries, both internally and externally.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey accurate information clearly over calls and emails in a professional manner.

• Confident in independent decision-making, prioritization, knowing when to seek help, and following the escalation process.

• Demonstrate full ownership of tasks and matters, demonstrating flexibility in responsibilities and proactively taking initiative.

• Collaborative and approachable attitude, with a genuine desire to support others and share skills and knowledge.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and general software applications is a plus (training and support will be provided.
