Project Manager - Modular Interiors

As a Project Manager at Puran Interiors, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of modular interior projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve: - Leading initial client consultations and project kick-off meetings in collaboration with the design team. - Conducting precise site measurements and documenting client requirements comprehensively. - Assuming full project ownership post-handover from the design team, including reviewing all project documentation. - Managing all project-related documentation such as vendor contracts, site access permits, and project closure reports. - Developing resource allocation plans, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring clear communication of scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Overseeing end-to-end materials management to ensure timely delivery, accurate installation, and quality accountability. - Implementing rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure work meets design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. - Maintaining consistent, proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, and managing dependencies. Qualifications & Experience required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree is mandatory. - Minimum of 1 year experience in managing residential modular interior fit-out projects. Technical Proficiencies expected: - Expert knowledge of modular furniture systems, manufacturing processes, and industry standards. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, architectural plans, and project specifications.
