Job Title: Site Engineer – Pail Foundation & Interior Finishing Location: [Goa -Front Of Anjuna Beach] Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant field) Experience: 10-15Years (Must have hands-on experience in Pail Foundation, SOP Drawings & Interior Finishing. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer with solid experience in Pail Foundation , the ability to prepare SOP drawings , and expertise in Interior Finishing Work . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control procedures. Key Responsibilities: Execute and oversee Pail Foundation work at project sites. Prepare and interpret Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) drawings . Coordinate and monitor interior finishing activities , including flooring, false ceilings, paintwork, partitions, etc. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project flow. Ensure material planning, quantity take-offs, and timely site execution. Maintain daily site logs, update progress reports, and monitor work schedules. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards. Manage site labor and vendors effectively to avoid delays and rework. Required Skills: Strong understanding of Pail Foundation techniques and execution methods. Proficient in AutoCAD and preparation of technical drawings. Knowledge of interior fit-out works and finishing details. Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings. Good communication and team handling skills.
