Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of design and interior fitout projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, supervising on-site activities, liaising with clients, coordinating with contractors and vendors, performing quality inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and resolving any project-related challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management practices, including planning, execution, and monitoring of design and interior fitout projects
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with project timelines
• Experience in Inspection processes to ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
