Project manager - Loan Operations

As a part of Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS), you will be contributing to a subsidiary company of Mizuho Bank, Ltd, one of the largest banks in Japan. Role & Responsibilities: - **Serve as the single point of accountability** for all assigned insourcing projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. - **Address and resolve issues** promptly by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. - **Foster strong relationships** with onshore offices and internal stakeholders through regular meetings. - **Coordinate daily activities** and facilitate meetings between clients and MGS officials. - **Document meeting minutes**, provide necessary information, and respond to client inquiries effectively. - **Plan and execute insourcing initiatives** in alignment with project objectives, collaborating closely with the service team. - **Organize periodic review meetings** with clients and ensure timely provision of necessary information. - **Manage project timelines** and provide accurate MIS reporting to clients and management. Required Skills: - **Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities**. - **Proficiency in developing detailed project plans**, timelines, and milestones. - **Strong expertise in project management methodologies**, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall. - **Familiarity with project management tools** like Jira. - **Excellent coordination and time management skills**. Qualifications: - **Bachelors degree**. Experience: - **Minimum of 7 years of experience** in India Banking Operations & Project Management. - **Certification in Project Management** and experience in International Banking will be considered a significant advantage.
