Learntastic

is an online platform offering regulatory-approved training and certification courses for both individuals and organizations. It provides a variety of courses, including healthcare and mental health, and focuses on creating "extraordinary learning experiences" through immersive, self-paced materials.We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery across multiple digital and web-based projects. The ideal candidate will work cross-departmentally with Development, QA, Design, and Marketing teams — ensuring strategic alignment, resource efficiency, and on-time delivery within defined budgets. This role combines operational project management with strategic planning — ideal for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day execution with long-term vision and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute end-to-end project delivery- from requirement gathering to final launch
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Development, QA, Design, Marketing) to align on timelines, dependencies, and quality benchmarks
Contribute to strategic planning by translating business goals into actionable project plans and roadmaps
Define project scope, deliverables, success metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives
Own project budgets — track costs, optimize resource allocation, and report variances
Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello
Conduct regular check-ins and ensure clear communication with department leads and management
Identify risks and create mitigation plans to minimize delays or overspending
Provide post-project analysis and strategic input for process and performance improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–4 years of experience in project management within IT, digital, or web development
Proven ability to work cross-departmentally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and QA processes
Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and cost tracking
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
Ability to manage teams and drive collaboration across departments
Familiarity with web technologies (WordPress, CRM integrations, etc.) is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification (preferred)
Prior experience in website development, CRM integration, or SaaS projects
Strong presentation and reporting skills for management reviews
