Roles and Responsibilities Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential issues to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestone tracking, and risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in Project Management or related field (Engineering & Construction). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; M.Tech preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning.
