Responsibilities

Track progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively find solutions.
Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks with stakeholders.
Support in resource planning and prioritization.
Regularly check in with the Engineering and Product teams to ensure project deadlines are met and blockers are communicated on time.
Collate and organize all tasks and action items shared with the Founder, Engineering, and Product teams over Slack or other channels by external stakeholders.
Assist the leadership in scheduling team catch-ups, managing calendars, and setting up calls with external partners.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in project or program management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, Jira, or Trello is a plus.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with attention to detail.
