Job Description

Your responsibilities include, Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are assigned, and deadlines are met. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback as necessary. Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability. Stakeholder Management: Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels. Engage and communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among project stakeholders. Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and change requests. Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track project progress, tasks, and issues. Prepare regular reports and presentations for project stakeholders and management. Agile/Scrum Methodology: Implement and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies within the project team. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices. Experience - 5 to 10 Yrs Location - Chennai Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and tools, particularly Agile/Scrum. Proficiency in using project management software such as JIRA and Confluence. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and communication. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
