Job Title: Project Manager Location: Chennai/Bangalore Experience: 3 to 6 years Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee retail projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management within the retail industry. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor retail expansion, process improvement, and operational projects . Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, supply chain, and IT, to ensure seamless project execution. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within budget and deadlines. Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders at all levels. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancements . Key Requirements: 3 to 6 years of experience in project management , preferably in the retail industry . Proven ability to handle multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively. Strong expertise in project management tools, data analysis, and reporting . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment . Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies) is a plus.
