Project Manager - IT Software Industry

As a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in managing multiple software project deliveries, you will be responsible for: - Managing the successful delivery of multiple software projects. - Planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. - Acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. - Tracking and reporting progress, risks, and issues to leadership with mitigation strategies. - Ensuring quality standards and compliance across all project phases. - Managing project scope, change requests, and handling project escalations effectively. - Supporting business development and proposal preparation with effort estimates and planning inputs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Production) or a related technical field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in managing software/technology project deliveries. - Solid understanding of software development life cycles Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Prior exposure to CAD/BIM/Engineering software projects. - Prior exposure to AI tech in projects.
