Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong IT background to lead and manage the technical recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, conducting technical validation of candidates, and collaborating closely with client hiring managers and internal HR teams to ensure successful placements. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strategic thinking to drive efficiency and quality in the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Technical Validation: Conduct technical assessments and interviews to validate the technical competency of IT candidates. Collaborate with technical teams to define role-specific technical requirements and evaluation criteria. Ensure alignment of candidate skills with client expectations and project needs. Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client hiring managers and HR teams. Understand client business objectives, technical requirements, and hiring goals. Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations. Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute recruitment projects within defined timelines and budgets. Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and implement corrective actions when needed. Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of the recruitment process. Identify gaps in the recruitment process and recommend solutions to enhance candidate experience and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with internal recruitment teams and technical leads to align hiring strategies. Provide guidance and training to recruiters on technical validation and interview techniques. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field. 3+ years of experience In project management. Strong technical knowledge in IT domains such as software development, infrastructure, and cloud technologies. Proven experience in conducting technical interviews and assessments. Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Key Competencies: Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of IT roles and technical requirements.
