Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in website design, web development, and digital marketing services.
• Develop strategic partnerships and client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Lead proposal development, project scoping, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the leadership team.

2. Strategic Project Management

• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, content creators, and marketers.
• Implement project tracking tools and processes to ensure accountability, transparency, and efficiency.
• Ensure timely project execution and completion.
• Maintain strong client communication and satisfaction.

3. Team Leadership & Resource Management

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative designers, developers, and sales and marketing professionals.
• Oversee team capacity, resource planning, and performance management to maximize productivity.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

4. Technical Oversight

• Ensure all technical outputs meet high standards of functionality, usability, and design excellence.

5. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Guide and support the development of SEO, SEM, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide strategic insights, and refine tactics for optimal results.

6. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
• Conduct regular review meetings, share performance updates, and proactively resolve issues or risks.

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project pipeline, delivery status, and team performance.

8. Team Performance Evaluation

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, submit weekly progress reports, and monitor individual and team productivity.
