Project Manager Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management Intern (0-1 year of experience) to support our project management team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about UX/UI design, engineering and project management while developing strong leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset and a passion for technology and design . Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking UX/UI design, website development, and product development projects. Work closely with designers, developers and senior project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain project timelines, documentation, and progress reports. Communicate project updates and requirements with internal teams and clients. Support in organizing meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items. Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions proactively. Learn and apply Agile, Scrum, and project management best practices . Required Skills & Qualifications: 0-1 year of experience in project coordination, management or a related field. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills . Eager to learn about UX/UI design, website development, and engineering processes . Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Notion (preferred but not required). Ability to multitask, take initiative, and adapt to fast-paced environments. A keen eye for detail and a passion for digital products. Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and engineering concepts. Enthusiasm for working in the tech, design, or digital services industry
