Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop Project plans as per project requirement considering all SLAs including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Overseeing and managing all phases of project execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards ensuring FTR. Managing project resources and ensure allocation of resources effectively to ensure project milestones. Maintain regular communication with clients and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify the progress of work. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed. Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders and Senior Management. Requirements: Knowledge of overall P&L management. Strong understanding of drawings, BOQ, project plan, and team management. Strong vendor/supplier management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel.
