Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Building / Account Acquisition - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in building solutions.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and submit proposals. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients / accounts . IBS Project Deployment: -Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and schedules. - Lead and manage project teams, including Partners . - Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and Indus standards. - Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. - Customer engagement & commercial closure with customers Skills: - Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. - Proficient in project management tools, software, and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
