Project Manager, IB Planning & Execution APAC

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, IB Planning & Execution APAC at Barclays, you will be responsible for managing change projects to help the organization achieve its strategic objectives. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage change projects within the organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards. - Develop and manage project plans detailing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects. - Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to keep them informed about project progress and ensure their needs are met. - Lead project teams, ensuring they are properly resourced and equipped with necessary skills to achieve project objectives. - Monitor project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within agreed financial limits. - Prepare reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including assumptions, issues, and dependencies as necessary. - Facilitate change management activities, such as training and communication, to ensure successful implementation and integration of change projects within the organization. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in delivering complex business and technology change projects in a Corporate Bank environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill information into key messages and present confidently to a senior audience. - Ability to identify and engage stakeholders, prioritize activities to meet tight deadlines, and multitask in a high-pressure environment. - Corporate banking product knowledge (cash & trade) and understanding of front-to-back processes. - Experience with varied project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.,
