Location - Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans that define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Lead the planning and execution of IT service projects, such as system implementations, IT upgrades, and managed service solutions. Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring that tasks are executed according to plan and deadlines are met. Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular status updates throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that project goals align with client needs and that any changes in scope are properly managed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged in the projects progress. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or delivery, and develop mitigation strategies. Address any challenges quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to project schedules and client deliverables. Proactively monitor and report on risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware and can take appropriate action. Team & Resource Management: Manage internal teams, including technical experts, engineers, and consultants, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently. Ensure that the right team members are assigned to the appropriate tasks, taking into consideration skills and project requirements. Foster a collaborative environment, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to team members. Budget & Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs remain within approved limits. Track project expenses, providing regular updates to senior management on financial status. Ensure the timely and accurate billing for services rendered, tracking deliverables and client payments. Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets both client expectations and industry best practices. Monitor the delivery of IT services and solutions, making sure they are deployed and functioning as expected. Conduct regular project reviews and quality checks to identify areas for improvement or potential issues. Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, and change orders. Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management, outlining project progress, risks, issues, and financial status. Ensure all project deliverables are properly documented, and ensure post-project evaluation for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are a plus. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in IT services, including infrastructure management, cloud services, or IT support. Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Experience working with IT service management frameworks like ITIL or similar methodologies. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to resolve project-related issues effectively. Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cloud services, and IT service delivery processes. Why Join Us?
