Project Manager

As a Project Manager at HCLTech, your role involves being the primary executive point of contact for end-to-end project management. You will ensure customer satisfaction through quality and timely project delivery, manage deliverables to meet financial goals, and handle complex changes effectively. Additionally, you will engage in the final stage before contract signature and provide mentorship to project managers and groups for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Govern complex Transition and/or Transformation programs from development to implementation - Matrix manage project resources for successful completion - Act as the primary executive contact for customers - Document and communicate processes efficiently - Oversee Transition and Transformation planning, execution, reporting, and escalation management - Define and manage deliverables to achieve client's financial goals - Develop, manage, and report on project deliverables - Lead or participate in organizational initiatives - Translate operational goals into team goals - Recommend solutions and manage complex changes - Coach and mentor project managers and groups - Engage and present in the final stage before contract signature - Manage project financials effectively **Qualifications Required:** - Strong and proactive communication skills - Direct customer interaction and engaging presence - Efficient time management and priority setting - Data validation and project reporting skills - Ability to coach/mentor teams and learn quickly - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, SharePoint, Adobe, Webex - Familiarity with project management and time management systems Please note that professional certifications like ITIL V4 Foundations, Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalents are preferred and mandatory for this role.,
