Own all aspects of project management and ensure timely roll-out within specified timelines. Oversee day-to-day activities of the team and provide support as necessary to ensure projects are completed within due dates. Interact directly with product managers, design teams, and/or operational teams to understand their needs and issues. Vet product and design documents before implementation. Decide on the delivery approach and manage scope (definition, planning, verification, and control) of all projects. Budgeting and estimation of resources and time for each project delivery. Create a robust plan and obtain required approvals. Keep stakeholders updated with progress reports as well as problems and solutions. Analyze and interpret business requirements for technical systems. Monitor and maintain project/program website and database, as well as issue and risk tracking logs. Have good technical experience and programming background in Java, Node.js, PHP, .NET, etc. Conduct code reviews. Act as the single point of contact for all project stakeholders, managing all aspects of project delivery, including budget, timelines, quality, data, and MIS. Ensure system uptime while in production and operations, adhering to performance SLAs. Identify all risk elements within the project and track them regularly. Prepare mitigation plans and keep stakeholders updated. Assist and collaborate closely with all stakeholders. Follow Agile development techniques and team collaboration tools. Work with the Human Resources function to drive recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. What Skills and Experience Do You Need? Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Strong project lead/management background with 5-8 years of experience. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and other departments. Experience in applying various project management methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum). Formal accreditations are desirable. Solid documentation experience on product workings, workflows, etc. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Solid understanding of project roles and activities, both technical and non-technical, for successful project delivery. Exposure to the full project lifecycle and managing multiple projects/stakeholders. Strong leadership skills to motivate and empower team members to successfully deliver.
