Role Overview

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Shopify projects from kickoff to delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the project lifecycle.
Align client requirements with the design and development team, ensuring expectations are met.
Create timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Identify bottlenecks or risks and resolve issues proactively.
Foster a positive working environment, motivating the team to maintain high performance.
Regularly update both clients and internal leadership on project status.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a
digital agency or IT services company
(Shopify/e-commerce background is a strong plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and team members effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
Understanding of Shopify or e-commerce workflows is preferred.
