What you will do Lead multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet customer satisfaction. Achieve revenue targets by accurately forecasting project go-live dates and keeping projects on track. Set and manage expectations with stakeholders about project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Create and maintain the project plan with stakeholders. Work with various teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed on time. Identify and resolve issues and risks promptly to keep projects on track. Provide weekly status reporting to customers, management team, and internal staff Ensure smooth transitions between teams for a seamless customer experience Remain knowledgeable of changes in information technology, Project Management processes, and FinThrive objectives What you will bring Major Responsibilities/Activities: Bachelors Degree in a related field 2+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare, revenue management , and SaaS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output Understanding of PMP , AWS/Azure, Agile, Scrum, Jira Highly skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, including but not limited to intermediate knowledge of the following Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook What we would like to see PMP Certification (good to have) Good Communication skills Good Documentation skills Experience with SmartSheet and Salesforce a plus
