The Project Manager (C&I) is responsible for independently managing projects valued up to 10 Crore, ensuring they are executed within the planned timelines and budget. This role requires effective management of site engineers and cross-functional teams to guarantee quality and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Site Engineers : Oversee day-to-day project operations and issues faced by site engineers. Project Management : Ensure project execution aligns with plan, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and detailed drawings. Schedule Monitoring : Regularly update project activities and schedules to the Head Office on a weekly basis. Collaboration : Interact with architects and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) for effective execution. Quality Control : Inspect work quality on-site and ensure progress meets project requirements. On-Site Activities : Coordinate construction activities to ensure timely project completion and resource optimization. Consultant Coordination : Review and manage coordination among consultants, contractors, and clients. Technical Supervision : Provide technical inputs for construction methodologies and site management. Team Management : Supervise engineers and supervisors, resolving any bottlenecks that arise. Client Relations : Ensure successful resolution of any client escalations. Vendor Management : Identify alternate vendors for cost-effective equipment and accessory purchases. Material Quality Assurance : Verify that received materials and equipment meet quality and quantity standards. Documentation : Maintain all project-related documents accurately. Safety Compliance : Implement and oversee adherence to safety and environmental health policies. Bill Verification : Review all project-related invoices for accuracy. Performance Evaluation : Collaborate with HR to evaluate project team performance. Cross-Department Coordination : Work with Planning and Purchasing departments for project needs. Work Experience: Essential Experience: Comprehensive understanding of interiors, civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing (MEP) domains. Proven history of managing small projects or substantial segments of project lifecycles. Familiarity with structured project management methodologies. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Work-Based Competencies: Essential Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail with excellent prioritization and organizational abilities. Effective time management skills. Ability to manage stakeholder groups while balancing diplomacy and assertiveness. A customer-centric approach to all interactions.
