Job_Description":" Summary of the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager CLM to lead end-to-end implementations of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in project management, strong functional expertise in CLM platforms, and the ability to drive successful project delivery while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. What you will do: Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set timelines, and manage deliverables for CLM implementation projects. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and addressing any concerns proactively. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, solution architects, legal engineers, and technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and address project roadblocks in a timely manner. Process Optimization: Ensure best practices are followed in CLM implementation, improving workflows and driving automation. Training & Change Management: Develop training plans, conduct workshops, and guide end-users through the transition to the CLM system. Post-Implementation Support: Oversee project closure, ensure knowledge transfer, and manage ongoing client support as required. What you bring: 6-9 years of experience in Project Management, CLM implementation, or Legal Tech consulting. Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management, legal operations, and compliance frameworks. Proven experience in managing large-scale CLM implementations, preferably with platforms like Icertis, Contractpod AI, Agiloft, SirionLabs, or Conga. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
