The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end content development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage content development projects for government exam preparation (UPSC, BPSC, SSC, Banking, Railways, etc.). Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), content writers, designers, and video production teams to ensure timely execution. Develop and execute project timelines, work plans, and budgets to meet business objectives. Ensure high-quality content that aligns with the latest government exam syllabus and patterns. Work closely with the publishing team for books and study materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Monitor market trends and updates in government exams to keep the study material up to date. Manage and optimize workflow for print, digital, and video content production. Conduct performance analysis of courses and recommend improvements. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in EdTech, publishing, or government exam content development. Strong understanding of government competitive exams (UPSC, BPSC, SSC, Banking, etc.). Experience in book publishing, online course creation, and digital learning content. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading teams in an EdTech or publishing company.
