Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in BI Analytics and Data Engineering to lead and coordinate data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, Python, and Power BI and should have prior experience working in FMCG or Retail . This is a part-time role requiring 4-5 hours per day , ideal for professionals seeking flexibility while contributing to impactful analytics projects. Key Responsibilities Project Management : Oversee and drive BI and data engineering projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business teams, data engineers, and analysts to translate business needs into data solutions. Data Pipeline Management : Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and performance. BI & Reporting : Guide the team in building insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI . Process Automation : Leverage Python and SQL to automate data workflows and reporting. Performance Tracking : Define key project KPIs and ensure measurable business impact. Risk Management : Identify project risks, dependencies, and proactively mitigate issues. Key Requirements : 6+ years of experience in BI Analytics, Data Engineering, or related roles in the FMCG or Retail sector. Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI. Prior experience in leading data projects, with a strong understanding of BI tools, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Hands-on experience in managing stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
