Project Manager – Development & Testing Workstream

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to support the Development and Testing workstream of a strategic client project. This role requires close collaboration with UK-based business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate development and testing workstreams across multiple teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Define and drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) strategy, planning, and execution.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues using Agile methodologies.
• Utilize tools such as Jira for task management, sprint planning, and reporting.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure effective documentation, timely updates, and alignment across workstreams.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for Agile project delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
• Experience working closely with UK-based business teams and managing remote development resources.
• Demonstrated success in planning and delivering UAT strategies and testing phases.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to work across global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working during UK business hours, regardless of location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with offshore/nearshore teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Full Stack development environments is a plus.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
