Project Manager( Developer Experience)

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and at least 2 years of hands-on development experience to manage and deliver IT projects efficiently. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate between clients, developers, and designers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to manage project workflows.
• Translate client requirements into detailed project plans and technical tasks.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before submission.
• Manage project documentation and maintain transparency across teams.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a software developer (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Certification in project management is a plus.
• Experience managing web or mobile app development projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,903.40 - ₹66,718.94 per month
