Job Title: - Project Manager Experience: - 15- 20 Yrs. Job Summary: - The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for delivering on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the quality standards and stakeholder expectations. They communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, manage risks, and drive relentless improvement. The PM will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and solutions. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in SAFe Coordination with various stakeholders within projects/groups across multiple geographic locations, Status reporting Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as members including Release planning Use and continually develop leadership skills. Coach, Mentor and Train Cross Functional Teams on Leading SAFe Risk identification and mitigation as per historical data. Identify, derive, implement, and measure new processes Acting as SM to handle agile teams. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals. Ensure all relevant regulations standards and undergo Audits. Handle incidents and ensure timely resolution. Experience required: - Proven working experience in management of software development project in agile software development environment (example, SCRUM) 5 to 10 yrs. Excellent client-facing as well as internal communication and collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of VSTS, CI/CD and related tools is required. Experience of Agile way of working will be needed, managing projects using SCRUM methodology. Knowledge of SAFe is must. Experience in role of a Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a must Competence: - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Analytics mindset to analyse the past data and project. Analyse the past data and come up with solution for changes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Resilience and flexibility Keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Qualification & Experience: - B.E./B. Tech from IT/Computers stream. PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)/ Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) - one of this certification is a needed 5 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager/RTE.
