Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Project Manager - Cyber Security*to lead, manage, and execute cybersecurity projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with expertise in cybersecurity, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for leading teams to success. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Resource Coordination: Coordinate with cybersecurity experts, engineers, and analysts to allocate resources and track progress. - Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity projects, and establish contingency plans when necessary. - Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality guidelines. - Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular status updates and detailed project reports to senior management and clients. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Team Leadership : Guide, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve their full potential and foster a collaborative environment. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master s degree or PMP certification is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on cybersecurity projects. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and practices (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance frameworks). Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven experience in leading and motivating teams in a high-stakes, client-facing environment. - Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
