CSM Technologies is hiring qualified candidates having relevant experience in project management, delivery management, project planning, effort estimation, project implementation activities can apply. Candidates should have a strong technical skillset in Microsoft technologies. Experience: 12+ Years Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA Job Location: Raipur Job Profile: Prepare Project Management Plan and define Project Quality Plan. Prepare the Effort estimation & Estimated Quotation. Prepare Budget Plan and take necessary approvals. Identify suitable methodologies, tools, techniques, infra for project activities. Identify resource requirements for delegated projects. Identify skills and training needs for projects. Conducting Milestone Reviews. Review the Project Configuration Management Plan and the Project Quality Assurance Plan. Perform Quantitative Project Management & Control through Statistical Process Control, Risk & Mitigation Plan. Manage Project monitoring activities(resource utilization, project milestone), Project documentation & reports. Responsible for on time Delivery Management. Responsible for client Interaction. Responsible for SLA Compliance and customer Satisfaction through reliable solutions. Perform project closure activities(external reviews and sign-offs, handling of changes to the proposal/ contract, coordination for acceptance testing, installation and changeover, etc) Responsible for profit/Loss Margin management. Reporting the project status to the Senior Management/ Reviewer. Support business development and proposal/ contract related activities. Candidate Profile: Candidates with educational background in field of Computer Science / IT or any other specialization of engineering along with MBA/PGDM will be preferred Should have relevant working experience as a project manager in Govt./ Mining Domain. Should have strong technical background, with understanding in software development and web technologies Should have good client-facing and interpersonal skills Should have good written and verbal communication skills Should have good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Should have good knowledge in MS office
