Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Global IT Project Manager with extensiveend-to-end IT project management experience. The ideal candidate will have astrong track record of managing global projects involving multipletechnologies. The candidate must have substantial experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies who worked on legacy applications and be proficient in Scrum practices. This rolerequires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills toeffectively manage and deliver complex IT projects on a global scale. KeyResponsibilities: Project Leadership: Direct and manage large-scale IT projects from inception to completion (End-To-End), ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and cross-functional teams. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Implement effective risk management strategies and contingency plans. Resource and Team Management: Optimize resource utilization, balancing personnel, technology, and budget constraints. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Conduct regular project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned. Reporting and Documentation: Produce and deliver detailed project status reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders, along with organizing and presenting in steercos. Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Qualification: Bachelordegree in information technology, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certificationpreferred. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certificationpreferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in End-to-End IT projectmanagement. Proven experience managing projects involving multipletechnologies and systems. Demonstrated proficiency in both Agile and Waterfallmethodologies. Hands-on experience with Scrum practices and leading Scrumteams. KeyCompetencies: Strong leadership and projectmanagement skills . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonalskills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and workunder pressure. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project,JIRA, or equivalent.
