Our growing company is seeking to hire a Project Manager who will be in charge of organizing and delivery of our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met promptly. To be successful as a Project Manager, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines and be competent in using Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps. You should be well versed with Agile methodologies for executing projects. Roles and Responsibilities We are defining the projects schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries and organizing and leading working and project status meetings. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones. Execute the project plan by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines. Track project milestones and deliverables, and adjust plans as necessary. Manage changes and scope creep, while maintaining focus on project objectives. Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. Experience in migrating the waterfall teams into the Agile framework. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members Establishing a deadline and monitoring the progress of the project Ensuring project deadlines are met. Ensuring Satisfaction with Stakeholders Developing project strategies. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Technical Skills 7-10 years of experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution, and team management) in the context of Software Engineering. PMP certification is an advantage. Exceptional presentation, communication skills and written communication skills able to speak with stakeholders of different levels Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement). Strong customer focus: the skilled ability to interpret and analyze customer requirements; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You are proficient in using various agile delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence. Ability to work on tight deadlines. Capability to make decisions under pressure Strong leadership skills.
